GymPlanner is an advanced app made for gym training. It is built for experienced athletes to create workout plans, track workouts and review the workouts.
Track your workout
• Track workout results. Weight, reps and time.
• Works with different weight units and measurement systems.
• Different types of reps counting. Use reps, reps with touch (for example touch your nose when you do pushups to count reps), time or time & reps (to track weight, reps and time).
• Measure your rest time between sets.
• Workout based on a Gym Plan template or just workout without a predefined gym plan.
Track body measurements
• Save your weight.
• Create your own custom body measurement. For example biceps, calves or whatever you want to track.
• Automatically calculate BMI (if you have your length set).
Create gym plans
• Create your own gym plans.
• Simple gym plans: Create gym plans based on weeks, days and exercises.
• Comes with an (editable) list of exercise names.
Statistics and compare
• View your different max values. Real-values, calculated 1RM-max, different min- and max-values.
• Create graphs of results based on real-values or 1RM-max. Compare different exercises and/or body measurements on a percentage scale.
Apple Health Integration
• Sync weight, BMI and workouts to Health (available in iOS8). This feature is optional and will only be used if you turn on the feature in settings.
This app is made for people that knows their way around a gym. It does contain exercise names but it does NOT contain information on how to perform the exercises.
